What's difference between sweating on hot day and sweating in sauna?

People always say a sauna helps you detox but can't you do the same thing by sweating in a hot day? What's the difference? How is sweating in a sauna "healthier"?

sweating is sweating although I do believe sweating aids in getting shit out of your body and it surely lowers your sodium levels.

but you sweat much more in a shorter period of time in a sauna
