Don't worry. This is only round one. Howard has informed us that trhe judge clearly said Howard was in the right even though she dismissed the case in summary judgement (and judges feel the best way to find justice is to have themselves overturn in appeal). Howard will throw good money after bad trying to get a bonus he "earned" by increasing the Sirius subscriber base by having Sirius paying hundreds of millions to purchase XM.

I'm sure there will be news stories every time his appeal gets denied.

It would be funny if this were reported in the next issue of Dan's Papers which is a magazine read by many in the Hamptons.
