I love this bbcode! It's really fun to use so I gave Dawg the code to add it to the forum a while back.
However, "attachments" are a different beast and have been addressed in another thread.

The "Spoiler" button is found only in the Advanced reply window. Often I will type it out because it's faster than going advanced.
When you type out bbcode tags, always use the backslash to close them. --> [/SPOILER]
Just put your image code in between the tags. No spaces.
Example:

I am amazed you figured it out with just Monk's reply.
Saw that and had to clarify some things for anyone who was curious about the feature.

Personally, I think it's a valid reason and I appreciate your desire to use it for that. ;)
Another good thing about it, is that it helps the page load faster when you hide the images.
