Dawg, we need a drop-drown for smilies in the quick reply box

There's a drop-down for smilies in the advanced settings AND a box on the side for smilies.

Can you move the drop-down to the quick reply box, so that we don't have to click on advanced settings and go to another page to pick out a smiley?
