Teddy was a worthless piece of trash and he deserved Artie's anger. I think he tried to exploit Artie's generosity and in return he couldn't even properly perform as an assistant. Leaving copies of artie's passport info for other people to find, not even keeping a copy for himself... borrowing money ON TOP OF HIS INFLATED SALARY! and whining when he couldn't get it.
I have no sympathy for that douchebag teddy.

wow....i remember thinking it was a bit until robin started to yell. artie was so out of control...
sirius could have fired him that very moment. if there can be any heroes in that debacle i would say it's benjy.

Artie actually had a real, professional-type manager/assistant prior to Teddy "Microphone"(:rolleye:), but for some reason didn't like him. One thing's for sure--he would have had Artie's passport in order, and wouldn't have left copies in the machine. Teddy had no experience or credentials as an assistant--wth did Artie expect?

I don't think it requires credentials or experience, just common sense.

Seems to me that Artie would freely give money away (although he might bring it up later), but if it was a loan? He expected it to be paid back simply by principle. Not because of the dollar amount.

Yeah, but as you say, he would give money away. Artie is a generous guy. But he doesn't like to be taken advantage of is all. I don't think he cared about the money so much as Teddy's ungrateful attitude about it. If Teddy was appreciative of what Artie had done for him, Artie never would have given a shit about the money.

That was great, talk about raging bull! The physical attack aside, Artie's anger was absolutely justified. Teddy was a piece of shit and took advantage of Artie. Where else could he make $40k a year for basically doing nothing?

Unfortunately, I think this is just a sign of the fact that currently there isn't much to discuss regarding the show, so we have to revisit and talk about things that happened a while ago.
